Our home is located on the ocean in prestigious North Bethany, this property has been completely renovated with granite countertops, stainless appliances, updated bathrooms and beautiful open greatroom/dining area and kitchen. Located in a safe gated community on the ocean with large sandy front yard and life guarded beach. This home is the perfect venue for playing or relaxing. You can watch your children play safely from the large oceanfront decks. We have board games and beach chairs for your guest experience. Walk on the side panoramic beaches on your way to the Bethany town center/Boardwalk and great restaurants.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the first floor (one has a queen bed with its own bathroom. Other two bedrooms (king, and two twins share a jack and jill bathroom) and four are on the second floor including the master onsuite with sitting room and incredible ocean view with large deck. (One bedroom has a king with its own bathroom, one bedroom is a queen and other bedroom is a bunkroom that can sleep 6). Powder room and Laundry Room with washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Weber gas grill on main living area deck as well as (4) sun loungers, outdoor dining, and lounging.

We loved the beach house, wonderful locstion just a short walk to the water, Michelle the owner was great to communicate with..Very private gated home development. Beautiful upstairs deck overlooking the ocean with fantastic views the house was very spacious inside, there is not alot of storage for your clothes as far as dressers ect...but the rooms do have closets.

Fantastic beachfront house in Bethany.
This beachfront home was perfect for our family. Plenty of rooms with nice beds and connecting bathrooms. Large, clean, and comfy communal space to cook and hang out together. Easy and direct access to the beach, and beautiful sunrise views from the upper deck. The owners were responsive and kind. We hope to return!

Bad Weather, Still a great stay!!!
We rented this house for a long weekend to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. While the weather didn't cooperate fully, we still had a great time and even got some beach time. The location couldn't be better and the house was immaculate. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Thank so much for a special memorable time.

Great Weekend Getaway
This is an excellent property for those with large groups. It is clean and mostly well furnished. The owners are very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was super easy. For the benefit of others looking to book this property, towels and bed linens are not provided. We just took out own, so not a big deal for us and the owner did provide rental options for them as well.

Great vacation home
Ocean Village is a lovely beach community, only one mile from the center of Bethany Beach. We had 12 people there for a week and we all had beds and plenty of space. We had one plumbing issue which was quickly addressed. Communication with Michelle was quick and easy. My only suggestion would be it would be really nice to have bureaus in the bedrooms for clothing. Otherwise, wonderful home!

Family Beach Week
Our family loves this beach house! It is very well maintained and very comfortable for a large group. You can tell that the owners care about the property and want their guests to have a good visit. We're looking forward to returning for a third year (2025).

Paradise
There are no words to describe the experience of waking up to a sunrise over the ocean. This is a private beach house with all the amenities. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds are really comfortable. Perfect vacation paradise.

Another fabulous year in Bethany Beach
Our family has been coming to Bethany Beach for many years and we’ve stayed in many different houses and this was one of the best. Amazing location & house
We rented for a big family vacation. The house is a great size and layout to accommodate multiple families/extended family. The kids loved the bunk room. Direct access to the beach was so convenient and the kids enjoyed playing with the sand in the "backyard" too. We would definitely stay again!

We loved facing the ocean and watching sunrises and moonrises most mornings and evenings!
In a lovely gated private beach community, just north of the town of Bethany, this 7 bedroom house was perfect for us for the week. With balconies on both levels facing the ocean, we took advantage of sitting outside enjoying the wonderful view, even when it was chilly (It was April). The house was very warm and cozy... we loved the openness of the main living space on the first floor, where we spent most of our time when we were indoors.

Off Season Getaway with Extended Family
Since moving to the East Coast from the Bay Area, Bethany is a quick trip from NOVA. This trip was a much needed R&R with the grandparents and even our dog (Tyson). The house was gorgeous and so clean. It smelled like new as we walked in. So many bedroom all beautifully decorated. The master bedroom was very spacious, and the view of the ocean was perfect! The house came with everything we needed. Looking to book for 2 weeks next time, so we'll definitely rent again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Relaxing getaway in Bethany
The property has an outstanding location on the water and is nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. Older adults will probably not want to be going up the rather steep staircase and the rooms and overall property are not spacious. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful, but it is inconvenient to have others come upstairs to hang out off the master bedroom. All and all however, it was an excellent property.
