Lovely water views from this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath canal front home that is a 5 min. walk to the beach! Home features a huge 26' x 32' screened porch with ice maker, and furniture for 12-16. There is a nice outdoor shower, and separate Master Bedroom/bath with a private wrap around screened porch upstairs. Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove, A/C, Gas BBQ, boat dock & opportunity to enjoy both Bay side and the beach. Sleeps 7. Weekly rentals and partial week rentals. Pets welcome with $110 pet fee.

Please note that you will need to bring your own linens and that the upstairs master bedroom and bath are separate from the main level living, with a private entrance.

Mid May- Mid September rentals go through Sandcastle Reality in South Bethany. All other dates reservations can be made through VRBO.

Included with the regular house cleaning fee, our cleaners will either wipe with a disinfectant cloth or spray with an aerosol cleaner, all high touch surface areas. For an additional fee of $150, we can offer a mist disinfectant service that puts charged particles into the air that will cover all surface areas and kills Covid 19. It is odorless, takes minutes to dry and is safe for pets and people. If you would like this additional service, please indicate that in your reservation email, and I will send you the link for the additional fee, and schedule it for you.

Purple Pearl was a Pleasure!
Property was exactly as listed and very comfortable. The screened in porch was perfect, even on chilly days, it was a great place to take a nap! The yard was fenced, which was perfect for the dog! Would definitely rent again!

The location is perfectly placed, near everything, but not in it.
The home was well set up for multiple occasions and is nicely decorated. The lower section could have been cleaned better, but was a wonderful place to stay.

A friend and I stayed for a few days. I had my fur-babies along. The street was quiet, but close to the beach and some activities. The place was as described and perfect for my dogs. I enjoyed my time there as did my friend.

Perfect R&R getaway
The Purple Pearl was exactly what my family needed. We wanted and needed a stress free Christmas this year and this rental delivered. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lit tree that truly made my day. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions we had - even with it being a holiday weekend. Highly recommend renting the Purple Pearl.

This was our second year staying at this fabulous rental. This time we brought King sized sheets so we could enjoy the upstairs bedroom. I officially need a King sized bed in my life. I also love that it is separated from the rest of the house since my Husband goes to bed late and I get up early! Huge fan of the fenced in yard for our pup!!! Will be renting again next year if this is available during the convention <3

Tranquil get-a-way
Cozy, beachy, comfortable house located a block from the ocean. Quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly people. Perfect for painting watercolors, and strolls on the miles of beach with my dog. Did not want to return home.

Just what the doctor ordered
We needed a place to stay for the week to be close to my parents during a hospital stay. The house was perfect for our needs. We took our dog and the fenced in yard made it easy for him to go out. The primary bedroom location allowed us to have privacy while we worked. While this wasn’t necessarily a vacation we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations.

Amazing Relaxing Getaway
This was an amazing experience. A nice quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach. The outdoor seating areas are perfect for any type of weather (fans and a heater)! The house is adorable and very comfortable. We will definitely consider this property for future vacations!! Highly recommend.

Seriously loved staying here. Cute home with huge outdoor fun! Obviously we stayed here in March so not a ton of outdoor fun was had but it was appreciated all the same. Having a fenced in yard for the pup was beyond amazing. Hoping to stay here again next March ♡♡♡

Anniversary Getaway
This is an awesome property! The house is perfect for what we needed. My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days for our anniversary but of course wanted to bring the dogs as well. The dogs loved the back yard area as well as us. Fenced in area that allowed them to roam while we enjoyed the outside porch area. The chilly days/evenings were nice with the touch of the heater on the porch. The house had pretty much everything you needed to live and more. Would recommend this to anyone and will be booking again in the future.

Quiet stay in the Quiet Resort
We enjoyed our stay at the Purple Pearl mainly because we could hang out on the screened in porch area most of the time. Our Cocker Spaniel enjoyed it and the fenced-in yard was perfect for her. She met her first duck and got to see the beach for the first time. The heater was well appreciated on the porch since we spent so much time out there.

Wanted to get away for a weekend where I wasn’t bothered and this was the best spot for peace and quiet! Highly recommend this place as it was clean and great service. Property Manager was extremely quick at getting back to you within 10 minutes if you had any questions. I’ll be using this place when I come back in the future!

Loving the Purple Pearl
We had another great stay at the Purple Pearl for our annual girls’ trip! Our needs were anticipated with instructions, amenities, a suggestion book, and everything we needed for a great stay. As a mom, I recommend this place for a girls trip or a family trip. The house is a great size, walking distance to the beach, very clean, fantastic screened in porch, and a nice little dock on the canal. We will definitely be back!

The property was very cute ...Loved the fenced in yard for my dogs... The outside area is excellent...Wish the living room furniture was a little bit more comfortable but if it were summer time you would probably only be using the outside.

Amazing Time in South Bethany
We loved our stay at Purple Pearl. The place was perfect for our needs and we loved coming during off season - it was quiet and lots of cute dogs walking on the beach. While our visit was short, we enjoyed having the back porch and looking out at the canal. Meg was great about letting us in a half hour early when we arrived earlier than we had planned. She also reminded us to bring our linens and paper products. The place is right next to the beach, so there were lots of walks, and we even walked to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. Thank you for a fun and relaxing stay!
