"House worked out perfectly for our group. The kids got to swim on this Christmas vacation because the owner offered to heat the pool to 95 degrees for a small fee. What a blast they had! He even put up a Christmas tree. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. and the house is large and rambling. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We came from Boston, Cape Cod, Chicago, Ohio, Michigan, Tacoma and California to spend Christmas with our mother who lives...
