"A wonderful, peaceful location with beautiful gardens. Perfect for easy access to charming local towns, villages and the beautiful Normandy coastline. The accommodation was very cosy and comfortable (especially the bed) with everything we needed. David and Tricia were the perfect hosts - on hand to share their extensive local knowledge and offer plenty of excellent recommendations of where to eat and visit. Thank you both for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable - we would love to return...

"Corinne, our hostess, was the highlight of our stay in Berville-sur-Mer. Her thatched roof home is beautifully refurbished and updated, but hasn't lost a bit of its old world country charm. Our room was so fresh and comfortable. "Whilst the accommodation is relatively small, this is more than compensated for by the character and elegance of both interior design and external charm. Had the weather allowed we would have had breakfast in the garden. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. Corinne (owner) was very friendly and helpful. Great stay at a nice price!

"I had a very good stay here and ended up extending my stay for an extra night. It is a good base near the train/bus station for day trips to Êtretat and Honfleur. Refrigerator in the room. You could also base here and do Caen in a day trip. Friendly staff and student vibe with many schools and universities in this area. It is 5 mins walk to the Shopping center at Docks. There is a Lidl grocery there too. "
