"We were in town for a concert at the Morris and this was the perfect spot for our crew to crash afterwards. Short uber ride downtown. Very spacious with plenty of beds. If you have a large group the 1 bathroom might not be ideal but it worked great for our group of 4."

"We enjoyed our stay - the place was super clean. We enjoyed all the extras - donuts etc. I wish that there would have been ice in the frig. and a mirror in the bedroom so more that one person can get ready for an outing at a time. Thanks for a great stay."

"We stayed with another couple, and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Price difference to local hotels (2 rooms) was negligible so this option was a definite no-brainer. Nice gated community, big clean house with lots of room, and impeccable morning sun patio with a relaxing river view, great for bird watching. "We had a wonderful time in new buffalo. The house was perfect and in an excellent location. Jeff was easy to communicate with a few simple questions. Parking was easy. The house was clean and so spacious. I personally Cannot wait to come back. This stay was 7 adults and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax. "

"This place was exceptional for visiting Warren Dunes State Park. It’s so close (2 min. away), you can visit, come back for lunch, and go again. The floor plan is great for kids (bunk beds in 1 room), with easy access to the bathroom. The basement is awesome! We loved playing pool, shuffleboard, and using the projector for a theater experience. "This is a lovely home that is well kept and clean. Owners are very responsive. While this is new construction, this house has a lot of creeking and odd noises. Perhaps there is something unusual with the foundation or building quality. It was hard to sleep quality"

"It was a real nice stay. We had alot of fun.No complaints but a couple of improvement opportunities. We shoveled the entire driveway to improve parking, the top step coming up from the laundryroom is taller than others trip hazard, Bunk bed ladder needs secured."
