"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this quaint apartment. The host was easy to contact and gave us a rundown on all the sites and best places to eat in Assisi. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining choices and sightseeing all within easy walking distance. Our only complaint is we were a little bit cold. I should have had the host explain the thermostat before he left! "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here...

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"Very clean, Sara was in communication all the time. The last set of stairs is narrow and a bit steep, so watch your step, especially if you have a suitcase. Shouldn't deter. I think if the property has wifi it would be a good thing. "

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."

"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. Even though we weren't present at the agreed upon time for check-in, she was very understanding of our situation, kept in touch and we managed to find an arrangement to be able to check-in (we had a family member who lives in Spoleto go and tour the property for us and have everything explained to her).
