"Our room was quite spacious with a small terrace, a nice view and a very comfortable bed. The neighborhood is a little upscale and quiet in the evening after Schönbrunn Palace closes for the day. We opted for the buffet breakfast one day during our 5 night stay and were very pleased. There are many bakeries and shops nearby for a much more affordable breakfast, however. The hotel is a bit far from the central district if you plan to walk, but there is a train line across the street that gets you to all the main attractions relatively quickly. Be aware that shops and pharmacies are closed on the weekends, and you will be met with a little indignation from hotel staff if you inquire as to what’s open LOL! Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. "

"I liked everything about this place. The location is amazing, and the proximity to shops is amazing. There's a fully fitted kitchen in each flat. It really felt like home. If I'm ever back in Vienna, I'm definitely coming back. Also, the staff is swift and prompt and fixes any issues you have quickly."

"Excellent choice for families as they have connecting rooms. The location is excellent if you are mainly interested in the schönbrunn castle, the castle park, castle maze and the zoo. Also there is the technical museum just beside the hotel. The hotel clean your only one day after another but it is not an issue. The staff are very helpful, special thanks fo Ali. The hotel also offer complimentary delicious cookies. Also there is a small supermarket in the lobby. Small point for improvement: i wish they had pillows menu, we felt the pillows were too soft and low and when putting too above each others they are very high and not comfy. I don't usually face this issue at hotels. The instant coffee at the rooms was really good "

"If I could give 6 stars I would. When travelling with little children, it is hard to keep them occupied, but this hotel has been built completely around children. The tram into the main areas of the city literally stops at the door. It is also 8 minutes away from the train station which links directly to Vienna central"
