"The little house was perfect for us with a gas cooking stove, a kitchen with every tool you need, separate bedrooms and a large washer and dryer. When the ductless split heating units in the bedrooms failed to handle the early blast of winer complete with 6 inches of snow, the host offered to refund the entire amount. The neighborhood seemed a bit concerning at first (being just outside of downtown) but turned out to be quite nice and very centrally located.
