"We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host."

"Overall we had no issues, we didn’t realize it was an attached residence but that may be my error. It was a bit hard to find late at night. We also didn’t expect there to be as much emergency vehicle/traffic noise. The location is next to a busy road and the fire dept is a short distance away. We would stay again it’s a good location in terms of distance to where we needed to be. "

"This is house is amazing, it was perfect. Initially, it was supposed to be for just four ladies we ended up growing to eight ladies. This house was ample space and had everything we needed. The host Lina was responsive and quite accommodating when an early arrival was needed. I meet up with my friends annually in this area, we will definitely book this property again. It has all the comforts of home. "

"The house was spacious and warm with the wood floors. Large bedrooms and great tub. I (being a retired certified Executive Chef) loved the kitchen. Great Viking Range, gas with a griddle (yes we did pancakes) great refrigerator, large sink and plenty of counter space.Great front porch!"

"This was the perfect little home for our trip. We enjoyed all the antiques throughout the home! The music playing when we entered was a nice touch and my son enjoyed the record player then whole weekend! Hoping to return when it’s warmer to enjoy the back deck and have my morning coffee out there. "

"Wonderful location & one of the best host I’ve worked with, with very quick responses. There was dog hair in the main living room & bathroom (we were initially bringing pets though & last minute did not). The downstairs was drafty, but I expect that from an older home.Overall, I would highly recommend this place. "

"Everything was just perfect from the moment we got to our special Christmas house until we left. The house was so clean and welcoming that both of my sons said it was like coming to visit us at our own home. The Christmas decorations put everything over the top we didn’t want to leave. "We came together at Winston Salem since our daughter is attending g a local college there. Cole was wonderful with communicating with us and quick to reply with any questions we had. My aunt forgot several things at the house and he even went out of his way to ship them back home to her. The house is beautiful and stocked with comforts of home.
