"The housekeeper came several times in the morning before it was even time for us to check out and she was very rude with an attitude. Other than that, my stay was great!"

It was a short drive to the university hospital; that there was coffee 24/7; that the front desk people were warm, welcoming and helpful; that our room and the whole facility was very clean, our room was quiet and easibly accessible. we will go there again! "

"Travelled with kids and we loved it. Easy check in and out. The staff were all friendly, accomodating and helpful especially to the kids. It was a bonus that we got the river view which is gorgeous. It’s also close to amenities and lots of dining options in the area. "

"Excellent Staff & Location! The room was quiet and comfy with a great lil backyard hang-out area. I had an awesome long hot shower. The rooms are set back from the hallway to ensure a quiet peaceful atmosphere. The whole place is a VIBE, we loved it! "

"overall the room was nice and fitted our needs. the downside was that upon arrival i noticed the trash in the washroom was not cleaned out and the duvet cover was stained with a white substance. since it was late when i arrived i had to sleep in a bed with dirty sheets and no duvet. they were quick to respond and attempt to fix this. however the cleaner only dropped off a plastic bad of bedding. no duvet cover and the trash was not cleaned out. eventually after lots of back and first with...
