"the area is very peaceful and scenic. excellent place to see all that the rhineland has to offer. lots of places to walk and castle/berg's to visit. spent 2 weeks travelling and resting and didn't want to leave.Stairs to bedrooms a bit tricky to start with. i would recommend and stay again. "Eine rundum empfehlenserte Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, Küche wahnsinnig toll ausgestattet, man braucht diesbezüglich wirklich nichts von zu Hause mitzubringen. Alles mit viel Herzblut gestaltet und Urgemütlich ohne irgendwie altbacken zu wirken. Gastgeberin ist auch sehr freundlich. Da kein W-Lan verhanden ist, ein guter Ort für Digital-Detox. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder."

An sich war es sauber, jedoch hätte es noch etwas tiefgründiger/gebauer gereinigt sein dürfen und Produkte wie Gewürze,… immer mal wieder kontrolliert und ggf. aussortiert."

In einer halben Stunde ist man in der Altstadt von Wissembourg. Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar (da außer der Saison sonntags nicht). Supermarkt. Viele Gaststätten und Weinstuben, am Wochenende besser vorbestellen."
