"Lovely traditional German hotel with delicious food in a beautiful setting on the edge of the woods where you can spend hours walking and hiking. Our room may be been considered a mini suite, as it contained a very spacious sitting area as well as a balcony. We enjoyed the gourmet restaurant very much (reservations needed) but even the regular restaurant was delicious. "The “suite” had two rooms, but the second room was really an office with chairs and a desk rather than a living-room seating area, which was not that convenient. It was also located near the three lifts / elevators, so we had that noise in the evenings and early mornings (before 0600 as many guests had to get to work)."

We didn't have the hotel's breakfast though. The hotel is very convenient for car travellers and the tram stop is only a five minute walk. Thank you - we'll be back!"

"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"
