"We loved the hotel, we thought the staff were friendly and helpful. Knocked a star off for the food, as an expensive meal that was very average. We pre ordered our wine in the bar for dinner but came half way through the main course, and we had to ask for it. Oysters were delicious and so was one of the puddings. At breakfast eggs were great but rest of food on plate was too salty to eat. So this just took edge off the whole experience. "

"Third time we have stayed here. Very convienient, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The let down was Room 12 which has restricted head room which is a particular issue if you wake at night.
