"Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly except the one bar/restaurant staff. Would be ideal if the hotel had a waiting area for guests. My elderly parents were waiting for our transfer to the airport and had a sandwich. I understand it’s policy for us to not consume outside food in a restaurant but we did not know/expect the entire lobby to be part of the restaurant/bar/cafe. Were promptly told to eat outside or in our rooms, so I bought a tea to stay seated and told my parents packed their sandwiches away as our transfer was still on its way. Unfortunately, me ordering to stay seated there made the staff really annoyed and became rather rude after. "
