"Nice hotel, excellent staff, and nice continental breakfast. Did not have air condition or washer/dryer as advertised in Expedia. Did not know adult only meant clothing optional in pool/sauna and had a 14/17 year old booked with us prior to adult only. Would have appreciated knowing this."

"Very cosy alpine ski hotel. We had superior room It was very spacious and we had lovely view of the starry night sky from our balcony. The staff were really friendly but a few couldn’t speak to us as we don’t know German. So we did get ignored for breakfast order the final two mornings. Other than than breakfast was great! One other issue is no tea/coffee facilities in room so ended up being charged for tea every evening. "

One highlight was the early check-in—our room was ready when we arrived, which made things very convenient. "I love this hotel, it is centrally located and accessible to to bus and rail transportation.. while, the steps up continue to be a challenge this is not a deal breaker. I enjoy my visits here and love the view at bereakfast and the friendly staff. I recommend a visit here any time. Bill "
