"La zona exterior con piscina es estupenda. El interior de las vivienda es mejorable. Faltan cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. Para acceder a la segunda habitación hay que pasar por la primera."

"We had a really lovely stay at this villa. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, which was great for us as there was a storm when we were there that meant we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked, however when we did get there it was really nice to be on. There are some lovely towns nearby. The local shop had everything we wanted and the closest cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and reasonably priced. Highlight for us was a wine...

"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...

"We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!"

"It was a nightmare week for us. Great property but not as advertised. They didn’t give us an accurate location until we arrived in San Teodoro to a property we thought we were going to. It was advertised to be in San Teodoro but it was 4km away from San Teodoro, in Straulas. We didn’t have a car, we were stranded, it was very difficult and very expensive to get a taxi, the buses were limited which meant we could only access San Teodoro for a short period of time, the children were miserably...

"The property was well beyond our expectations. It was clean with all the amenities. What can I say about the exterior of the place that would render it justice? Absolutely beautiful and stunning view of the sea. Take your breath away sunsets. Rocky beach with crystal clear waters just 200 meters away. Would come back here in a heart beat."

"The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....

"Als Familie mit Teenagern fühlten wir uns sehr wohl im Haus. Die wunderbare Terrasse, der herrliche Blick in die Pineta, der kurze Weg zum Strand waren wirklich perfekt. Die Umgebung bot uns alles, was wir uns für einen Urlaub wünschen (gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Strände, Wassersport) Vielen herzlichen Dank an die sehr nette Gastgeberin und die vielen guten Insidertipps!"

"Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement au rapport/ qualité prix raisonnable en Sardaigne. Belle maison en pierre dans un petit lotissement. Maison spacieuse. Bonne literie. Petite cours et Quelque points à améliorer / à savoir : * les voisins au dessus ont été très bruyants… ou alors il n’y a pas d’isolation entre notre plafond et l’étape car on entendait beaucoup de bruit. * Manque un peu d’équipement en cuisine pour un confort optimal (micro-ondes, verre limité, bouilloire,...
