"We had a really lovely stay at this villa. The location was perfect for exploring the local area, which was great for us as there was a storm when we were there that meant we didn't spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked, however when we did get there it was really nice to be on. There are some lovely towns nearby. The local shop had everything we wanted and the closest cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and reasonably priced. Highlight for us was a wine...

"We had a fantastic time!!!!! Villa is amazing, there is everything one may need. The best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced. Great outside area, plenty of sunny and shady places. Great size pool. I gave location 4 stars …..very remote place with no amenities walking distance which is what we expected and was no problem for us just thought I might mention. But for us….we couldn’t fault anything. "

" The apartment is spacious, functional and well-equipped, as shown in the pictures. the residence is quiet, and the pool is always clean and very pleasant. Thanks to Lina for the clear instructions before arrival and for her great responsiveness: we had a small problem with some kitchen utensils, which she was able to sort out within the day."

"Als Familie mit Teenagern fühlten wir uns sehr wohl im Haus. Die wunderbare Terrasse, der herrliche Blick in die Pineta, der kurze Weg zum Strand waren wirklich perfekt. Die Umgebung bot uns alles, was wir uns für einen Urlaub wünschen (gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Strände, Wassersport) Vielen herzlichen Dank an die sehr nette Gastgeberin und die vielen guten Insidertipps!"

"Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, la casa è spaziosa, ben fornita, molto pulita; il giardino privato è molto tranquillo e davvero bello, fornito di comodi lettini, ombrellone, veranda dove mangiare, bbq e anche 3 biciclette, lo abbiamo "vissuto" un sacco!! Vicino alla casa c'è tutto quel che serve: si arriva a piedi al supermercato, all'edicola, pizzeria, gastronomia... volendo andare in centro a piedi è un po' lunghina (circa 1km), almeno per noi che abbiamo 3 bimbi, ma con le bici o la macchina è...

"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...

"Plusieurs adresses du logement sont répertoriées (commentaires, abritel, hôte...) donc difficile de s'y retrouver, tout comme la position de la piscine. De plus amples informations de la part de l'hôte seraient nécessaires avant l'arrivée. Malgré tout, endroit très paisible et magnifique. Règlement clair et écrit pour les occupants à l'intérieur du logement. Équipement et logement pouvant convenir à 5 personnes voir 6. Un petit bémol sur certains équipements qui mériteraient d'être réparés...

"Siamo stati benissimo, la villetta è un angolo di paradiso con un bellissimo giardino, barbecue e piscina per bambini. Situata in una piccola frazione molto tranquilla a 4 minuti dalla Cinta e dal centro di S.Teodoro.
