"An absolutely fantastic stay at Fabiana's place in rural northern Sardinia. The space is huge, very comfortable, with private outdoor space and a large veranda. While very warm (especially in July) the space was so comfortable we did not mind, and was a great place to relax, read, listen to music, with lots to do nearby, including beautiful beaches 25 mins drive away, and local fruit/vegetable shops to get food to eat out in the sun. A brilliant stay, and we'd definitely return next time...

"Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Rosmarina war prima. Es ist klein,aber fein, perfekt für Paare und auch mit einem Kind. Die Kommunikation war mehr als herrausragend und herzlich. Die Mama vom Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um alles und wohnt in der Nähe. Und ein späterer Check Out wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten, weil die Wohnung erst am Tag danach wieder belegt war. Dafür nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Lorenzo. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Sandra und Familie."

Tous les services de proximité sur place (supérettes, boulangerie, pharmacie, restos...) accessibles à pied (<20min) et en voiture. "This is a really lovely villa in a fantastic rural location with magnificent views. Beaches and other sites of interest are within a short car ride away. We were six adults and enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the substantial pool. What made this villa particularly special was the attention we were given by Alberto, the property manager. He went out of his way to provide us with all sorts of useful information from beaches to restaurants to the best places to buy fish. We had a couple...

"The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! I would also like to thank Rina and Graziella that where very helpful when we needed to know where to go to eat some traditional Sardinian food! Frank."

"Perfect location, historical building, very close to the old center, but in a quiet area. The staff was very helpful, especially Alessio, who provided us very useful information during our stay, regarding boat trips, places to eat traditional cuisine, beautiful places to swim! The room was large, with great interior design. Good choice to stay in Olbia!"
