"No tea or coffee facilities in room. Also car parking was 16 euro / night and was very tight as it was underground with a lift and was not explained when booking it."

"3 star rating with an excellent standard room with nice little additions. No fuss but simple tasty food. Our breakfast had a great selection of help yourself bits, so as much as you like:) Roberto was more than helpful with instructions on how to use coffee machine and toaster. "Beautiful hotel and grounds and very attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The only problem with this hotel is that the restaurant never opened during our stay. Though bar staff is terrific and try to accomodate the guests with their limited meals. A long walk to the beach and the center of town. "

"The hotel is beautiful! On the river with the gurgle sound of the river to fall asleep to. Ana, who checked us in, was the most wonderful person you could ever imagine. So welcoming and kind. She also made the food for the breakfast banquet that is offered ! Trust me, you don’t want to miss that!"

"Great value for money. Really nice fellow at reception, waiting for my late arrival in the evening. It's an old building, some areas of the room show that, but bathroom really clean and updated. Other areas are more modernised. Quiet, my room looked to the street, but no noise. I had a great night sleep. When I need to spend a night in Santander, no doubt, I will book it again."

"Excellent little ibis right next to a load of restaurants at the MaxCenter. My only issue is they there is always a lot of English staying before the ferry, but no opportunity to watch any news in English on tv. Most other hotels have this facility so it’s noticeable when not available. Would recommend though"
