"It was amazing, we had a great time and the room was beautiful with a great view. We encountered one problem. After using the onsen facilities including the dry sauna, the next day, the rooms were swapped. The women's room became the men's and the men's room became the women's room. The steam room in the men's room was out of order which was disappointing. We went to this hotel for the their onsen (hot springs) facilities, I wish we were told in advance that the steam room was out of order. We...
