"Nice hotel, well maintained. Wonderful location as just on riverside. 1 km distance from bentota beach. Only few things are missing, just like... restaurant and swimming pool. For food they arrange from nearby restaurants. But owner is quite helpful, n quite bigger room size and bathrooms. If can adjust with above requirements...then its the best place to live in bentota, its quite chill and silent...so that you can enjoy yourself."

"This hotel has breakfast included (verry good) it is walking distance to the most beautiful beach I've seen so far no river to cross nothing. The train station Bentota is 50 metres away next to Coco's restaurant for fresh fish and cold beer ! Staying a few days here is a must !"

"It was wonderful stay for our family of 5. You just cant beat the beach location!! Also the room, though not fancy, was spacious and clean. We had lots of room for the kids to spread out and sleep/play. The food was yummy and the owners truly cared if we were happy with our stay. We would gladly go back again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. It was an oasis of calm and tranquility with the gorgeous pool and beautiful garden. The staff couldn’t do enough and the food was wonderful. They arranged our tuk tuks and transfer to our next destination. Top marks."

"Beautiful Geoffrey Bowa- designed boutique hotel set in a beautifully tended garden. This is our second stay & it didnt disappoint. The staff remembered us after 4 years! "В доме на 1-ом этаже живут хозяева, на втором два номера с общим балконом и столиками. Один с вентилятором, ну и простенько, как впрочем, похоже везде, вода горячая днём (бак нагревается на крыше). "By far, one of the best places to stay. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was HUGE, and the breakfast prepared by Sarath was heavenly delicious. I, as a traveller for more than 30 years and with 50 countries known, can say that this place is perfect for spending a great time. "
