The screened in back porch lovely and we sat out there with coffee every morning, loved watching the squirrels and even saw a couple of deer pass through behind the fence. This house is clean, comfortable, and was a convenient location. "

"Place was very nice, clean, and well stocked with needs. However we were never able to use the front door lock. Thank goodness for the key under the mat. Communication was a problem, only method was email and it normally took 24 hours. I emailed that the frig was not working properly and never got a reply. It finally did work and all was good."

"Great home base for biking in Bentonville. We were able to bike on neighborhood roads and paths to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Quick walk to a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Great bike maintenance stand and tools in the garage. We'll be back!"

"This is a great space for family. We were in town visiting family so it was nice to have our own space so close to family. Four of us fit very comfortably. It felt homey with comfortable beds and furniture. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, so that is something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again!"

"The property is vintage 1830's with the modern twist of satellite, pool, hot tub. The host was very accommodating and thoughtful. The little touches that you would find at home, trash placement, jars of snacks, etc were all there. Just outside of town, it was peaceful and relaxing."
