"What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"First, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear what people are talking about or if they cough. Our neighbor had about 6 alarms going off throughout the night and that’s after we listened to their kids screaming and running around for a few hours. I’m not exaggerating. Quiet hours are 11-8 or something but I’m sure no one expects that a neighbor can even hear their cough and alarms. That’s just ridiculous and speaks to the walls, not the neighbors. "The cabin was great. We enjoyed our stay. Snowed right after our arrival and we spent the rest of our vacation in cabin snowy winter wonderland. The only issue was it was a little rough getting back down the drive that was snow and ice. But overall we had a great time "
