"What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"First, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear what people are talking about or if they cough. Our neighbor had about 6 alarms going off throughout the night and that’s after we listened to their kids screaming and running around for a few hours. I’m not exaggerating. Quiet hours are 11-8 or something but I’m sure no one expects that a neighbor can even hear their cough and alarms. That’s just ridiculous and speaks to the walls, not the neighbors.
