"There is so much I could say about “Crabtree”.The decorations and attention to detail for the period, were great. And on top of that it was emaculate. Even though it was chilly, the backyard is a great space to spend time with family and friends.The downtown is quaint and Dow Gardens was a joy to walk through.I have no reservations in recommending this property and in the future if we find ourselves back in midland we will definitely stay here again."

"We just love this home more each time we stay! So comfortable and relaxing. The 'feel like' temperature outside was '14' but the home was warm and cozy. We watched the wildlife attracted to the bird feeder as well as the flowing river. Everything imaginable to prepare and cook a large meal.Thanks for renting to us."

"A great ice fishing weekend with some family and friends! We arrived on a Friday to one a foot of snow in the yard, with a clear driveway and walk. Dave and Karen were in constant communication leading up to the stay, and knowing that we were coming to fish, had a path plowed through the snow to the lake for ease of entry. The house was perfect and we had a blast. The lake is full of fish (we kept 95 gills and crappie). Overall a great weekend and I think a summer stay would be even better at...
