"Great! Although an obviously older building in a residential area off of Douglas (Old Towne) Wichita...it's well updated with plenty of space for one or two. So nice to have full size kitchen, separate living area, bedroom and great A/C ! Easy access to downtown areas and within walking distance to nite life and food.
