The fire alarm went off for some time one morning (from another apartment) and there were a couple of instances where the key lock didn’t work (server issues were given as the explanation - though I have to give credit to the team who responded very quickly to all enquires), meaning we couldn’t get into the property for a few minutes (10-15mins).
