Positives: the condo was very clean, and in a great location on the mountain with a short (5 minute) walk through the woods to the top of the Plaza chairlift (which didn't always run, but the unit can be accessed from other lifts via the Upper Thruway trail to Plaza). "Our family of 4 loved this condo at Stratton. This is a very nice, clean, cozy condo with a short shuttle ride to the mountain. We thought it was a perfect size for us. We had no problems with the heat or hot water (as mentioned in a prior review). The living area is comfortable with a working fire place. Beds were comfortable.All in, we thought it was a great place to stay, particularly at the price point which is modest relative to most options at Stratton."

"For the most part as advertised. Checkin and checkout was easy and efficient. There was supposed to be a binder of instructions on the dining room table, we never found it but got by. Easy walk to Stratton Village, Mulligans happy hour specials were hard to beat. Kitchen supply of pots and pans was a bit sparse, if one wanted to prepare a dinner for 6, it might be challenging. Overall a good experience."
