"Great place to disconect from the noise of the city, I really like it, amazing swiming pool and garden. The room and the property in general were very quite on the not so good the bed was hard and it's asking for a change and the air conditioner was pretty old and noisy. But overall I like it and I would go back."

"when we arrived at the door everything was closed and no one to welcome you. we never receive a notice that we need a code to have access to the hotel. we had to call 2 times to understand how to enter to the hotel. the room was very small and mot well organize. it is almost impossible to use the shower without spill water everywhere in the bathroom. plugs are not well dispatched. the kettle needs to be used on the floor. the principal door. the room is to expensive for the amenity"

At 20 Euros for a hour to use the sauna (which necessitated phoning reception to ask someone to come and turn it on), which included heating-up time, it just wasn't worth it (although we were also offered a discount). If we were to exclude the Spa issues, it would be a 5 star rating. We would recommend use of a car as it is tricky to get to, and there isn't much in the way of infrastructure nearby (it is possible to walk down to the shop by the petrol station but it is a slog walking back up the hill)."
