"Everything as listed in the advertisement - all you would need to have a comfortable stay except for the bedding - this needs to be upgraded urgently as the sheets and duvet covers were of a poor quality with an uncomfortable feel. This change will allow for the villa to be of a high standard throughout."

"Masses of places to visit including water falls. Bird watching. Kite surfing castles museums. Local restaurants serving pizza paella an d tapas. Further afield lovely Indian Nepalese restaurant as you enter denia. You are better off with a car but bus stop no more than five minute walk away with regular times. Beach is one minute walk. Or relax in the lovely secure garden all facilities are there including good WiFi. Would recommend this lovely house X"

Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter, bekamen aber viele Tipps und Unterstützung von Tatiana. Sie war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer darauf bedacht war, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. "

"We were 2 families with grown up kids and the house suited us perfectly. Spending most of the time outside, the pool and terrace are great. It has a very relaxed feel, it has everything you need and a short walk to the beach and the restraunts. Eduardo and Maite were prefect hosts, always responding to questions quickly and positively. "We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."
