"The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa. The **** designation is well deserved. Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. "The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding."
