"Every time we go to Bendigo we stay here ! It definitely ticks all the boxes ! Clean , beautiful rooms , friendly staff , and a reasonable price , actually an excellent price considering the quality of the rooms , they are very modern , fresh and clean . On our last stay we had an unexpected visit from a local friend she arrived at 9.30am and talked for 45 minutes and we were late checking out of the room , and it was a nice surprise that the motel staff weren’t banging on our door telling us we’re late checking out . Very lovely staff , and i highly recommend this motel . Oh and I forgot to mention the beds were very comfortable! Beautiful motel to stay, you won’t be disappointed. ❤️❤️"

"We have chosen to stay in Hotel Shamrock for our 46th wedding anniversary because of its central position and a wonderful feel of yesteryear (we also stayed here in 2018). We were upgraded to Nellie Melba room. A lovely gesture on the part of hotel staff. The room was so spacious we could dance a night away here. The hotel has a few “wrinkles” and “saggy” bits here and there, but the charm is irreplaceable. We will be coming back next year for the irreplaceable charm of the old world and the friendliness and kindness of the staff."
