"Not a 4 star hotel. Needs a good paint to tidy it up. Looks tired. Food was ok a little repetitive. All inclusive drinks were definitely weak. Had to queue for the bar every night. Rooms sparsely decorated with no where to put anything in the bathroom. Tea facilities in the room but no coffee. Not enough seating in bar area if not with children. Most of staff accommodating but outside bar lady needs a customer care course. "

"Sofa was damaged they did not fix Balcony door was broken had to waste day waiting for it to be fixed Shutter was broken in bedroom blocking fire escape rather than fixing they removed it making the play feel less secure Stairs are very dangerous solid marble/ceramic and very steep and spiral making the risk element for a child in fact anyone very unsafe.
