"Everything as promised. Good management and quick replies. Heated pool worked well. Location is a bit off. Some parts of the house is starting to show signs of aging. Not any major things, but aircon seems to sometimes have it's own life, some doors jammed against the floor, sofas a bit worn down."

"Everything was perfect from beginning until end. We got really good and fast communication with the host. Check in couldn’t be easier as well as check out. The accommodation was really good. Spacious living room, good bedrooms, clean and nice. A very good outside area where you could stay in the shadow (if wanted). The location was perfect. Close to the pool, beach and restaurants. We (2 adults and 4 teenagers) where all very happy with the visit. Couldn’t have asked for more."

"We booked this property for our large family, 12 of us in total varying in age from 8 to 69. Location of the villa is fabulous , The kitchen was small for the size of the property, it lacked utensils to cook for a large number. No bbq utensils ( I bought some from the shop so we could occasionally cook) The TVs that we’re listed in every room some of the cables were even long enough to plug in. We also got a shock that we had to pay for the electric we used when there and nor have I noticed...

"We visited Benalmadena with our 2 year old son and friends having the best time. Sergio and Miriam who could be contacted way in advance of our stay. They went and bought armbands for our son who used them everyday in the pool and to have them welcome us on arrival and provide a fan and oven when asked was amazing. The property and outdoor area is fantastic with a walled garden that allows privacy and for children to roam freely. The pool is the perfect size and the outdoor kitchen area was used...

"The apartment was immaculately clean. Alex and his family were wonderful. They were always on hand for any help needed. We had a bit of a problem finding the accommodation when we first arrived. Alex came and let us follow him to the apartment. We were very pleased about this as we would not have found it without his help. All equipment was very good and all in perfect working order. "The property is ideally located for beach and shops. It's a bit of walk but didn't find it that much of a problem. There were a few issues which we have raised with the manager/owner. One significant issue was with the pool but was looked at very quickly, not completely resolved but got us through the holiday. On the whole the property did exactly what we wanted with the outdoor space, the pool and accommodation. Would stay again if other issues are resolved."
