"We had a great time at this house, despite the crazy driveway to get up to the property (which has been mentioned in previous reviews). "This is a great space for a family group - superb outdoor areas, great views and lots of space. two points to note: the road up is degree-level driving and, although close, Dolceacqua isn’t really walkable from the property"

"We had a great week in Menton in this central villa. Everything you need is so close by. The pool, BBQ and terrace were perfect. The house has lots of rooms and is well stocked with towels and kitchen equipment. It is quite cluttered with furniture and ornaments but everything is clean. We had an issue with the broken dishwasher door and the water temperature during our stay. The good weather and location made this a great week."

"Many thanks to Leonardo for letting us stay in his amazing period family home. We had a wonderful time with both France and Italy on the doorstep. The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). Couple of issues on the first day but most were cleared up immediately by Leonardo. Thank you again."

"Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."

"La source Claire in a beautiful Villa, with everything you need for a fun relaxing holiday. The layout is perfect for having more than one family sharing . The location is easily accessible and easy to find even though it feels very secluded and nestled into the mountains with wonderful views. Highly recommend."

"We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. "The house is peaceful and gives off a very positive energy. The use of recycled material adds a lot to the house. We felt we were back in time when Nice was still a small town. Surrounded by vegetation, the pool brought joy to the younger generation for hours. Also there is plenty of space to play. We wished we had planned on staying longer."

"The villa is huge and was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was everything we needed for a self catering break. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds. The real stand out for us though was the view, the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. The road up to the villa was steep and narrow but there are lots of passing places and we soon got the hang of it. Communication from Roger was excellent both before and during our stay.
