"The room was tiny, dirty and stuffy with no AC to help regulate the temperature. We had to pay extra for a bed that I would have assumed came with the room as I booked it for three people. Staff were often not around at the front desk to help, because they were short staffed. Machines in the games room, stopped working (although a discount was offered when this happened). "The hotel was out of town which was fine lovely and quiet the breakfast set up was excellent and the the whole facilities and the staff were also excellent , the bar should have stayed open abit later for guests as after 2 hectic nights out we needed a drink or a coffee to relax after the eagles nite as the city transport back to hotel at 11pm it’s a shame that was very stressful but the hotel was very nice and we all enjoyed our stay "

"Me and my 5 friends stayed here for 3 nights. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The organisation and commucation with the house owner and the lady that welcomed us at the park was great. The house itself is very nice, clean and has a nice outdoor area. The sauna is very small so that only 2 (max 3) people fit in. The described 'pool' is not really a pool but rather a bathtub with jacuzzi functions. I was not surprised by that, because I asked for that info beforehand. But I think this wording...
