"We were attending a family funeral and several family members stayed here. It was quieter than most hotels. No slamming doors. No running feet above us. Several restaurants were near by. "

"The location was perfect. The view was spectacular. It was easy to get a hold of the property owners. This is definitely a well loved family home they are renting out occasionally. That means there is a lot of personal items around and a little less focus on cleaning some of the dusty corners. This also meant it wasn’t very childproof for our two under 2. But we had everything we needed and the view from the screened in porch was priceless. "

"This was our second time staying at the historical home. This year we had 10 people, last year we had 17 total! There is plenty of space for our family and we love all of the charm and character. The owners are super nice and very responsive. We will definitely be back again! "
