"Liked the roof top resturant, view and general cleanliness. Also liked the breakfast menu and general hospitality team Did not like the bath tubs- they are old and stained. Should change to shower cubicles as they are more hygenic and easier to keep clean. The linen and towels were a bit faded though."

"The hotel staff need a bit of a pick-me-up. Smiles and customer service training should be taught and implemented! The floors of the rooms were really filthy. Pool not open. Breakfast bar so-so. I've stayed at cheaper hotels in BH with better quality all-around."

"Dayrell Hotel is an older property located near Santuário São José church in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is well kept and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area around the hotel during the day time. Good value for money! "
