"Liked the roof top resturant, view and general cleanliness. Also liked the breakfast menu and general hospitality team Did not like the bath tubs- they are old and stained. Should change to shower cubicles as they are more hygenic and easier to keep clean. The linen and towels were a bit faded though."

"The hotel staff need a bit of a pick-me-up. Smiles and customer service training should be taught and implemented! The floors of the rooms were really filthy. Pool not open. Breakfast bar so-so. I've stayed at cheaper hotels in BH with better quality all-around."

"I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well. "

"Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay."
