"This hostel feels very clean and safe. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast included is a plus! I would say that this is pretty over priced for a hostel dormitory but it seems to be the only reputable option in the area. Overall would recommend! "

"Elsa and other staff do a good job on my case. They are nice and have sufficient patience to explain everything. Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. Will recommend all Chinese to stay at this hotel for lake view at a cheaper budget. The location is close to the train station for morning movers. 在依云住店如果不租车需要一定体力和毅力爬山😄"

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "
