"Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. "We were stuck here when florida got the 8 inches of snow. Lots of staff stayed with us in the hotel. Food in downstairs area was good. Inside pool could be a bit warmer but it was dooable.hot tub was nice especially in the snow!"

"The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The heated pool and hot tub was nice on a cold winter day. The only thing that was missing was hot tea availability with the coffee. The refrigerator in the room was very small. "
