"Place and location were good. That said management company never sent our check information. Apparently they had sent separate email that required ID verification and was deleted as I thought it was spam. I completely understand why this would be helpful but has never been required at any place I've stayed before. The problem is that this was never communicated in the text I received day prior or with booking email. When I realized I had received no checkin details it then took over 1.5 hrs...

"Perfect size accommodation for our family of 5. Easy to find and a short walk to the trail. You can then ski to the Solitude lift or ski down to Jackson Gore. You're easiest return trail is Sidewinder, which was difficult for our 4 year old learning to ski. Otherwise, you can ski down the greens on the other side of Solitude lift; however, it's a slight uphill trek to get back to the house from the lift. The lodge with the indoor pool/amenities is also easier to drive than hike down to. Also...

Perfect location for ski access, and the indoor pool was just a few steps away. Ellen was extremely responsive (making check in and check out a breeze), and was even kind enough to offer us a late check out (presumably due to no incoming renters the following day). Would absolutely recommend to anyone and plan to be back!"

"Beautiful condo conveniently located, a 5 minute drive to the base of the mountain and the town of Ludlow. The condo was clean, and the perfect size for our family of five. The parking spot in the covered garage is an added bonus. Kary provided very detailed and comprehensive directions to get into the development which is gated. We had such a wonderful stay & will be back! "

"Two families of 3 stayed for a long weekend to ski Okemo. Location is perfect with very easy ski in ski out to Sachem and Sachem Quad (green run for those with beginners). Living area is spacious, kitchen well equipped, view spectacular, and hot tub a nice plus!"
