"We ended our Italy trip with 3 days in Naples and we choose to Duomo House. Best decision ever made. The property is 20 min walkable distance to almost every landmark in Naples. It is also close to some of the best pizzerias in town. The stay in itself was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked. You might have read that breakfast in Italy is nothing but coffee & few pastries. While it is true wherever we saw, it wasn't the case at the Duomo house. Indeed, the elevator only goes to the fifth floor and you have to hand carry luggage to the sixth floor, but we knew that already from the reviews. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. "Very close to main attractions in Napoli and good room. Nice receiving us.However this place is difficult to reach and definitively very uncomfortable access stair. Lift for luggage has a key and access to key not available when leaving. This is just a nice clean room in an excellent location, but does not qualify as a hotel, B&B and Hotels.com shall notify on their site that accesibility is through a very narrow and steep stairway. Does not qualify for a 10, at most an 8."

"The Casa Pacifico was in the perfect location to enjoy the buzz and bustling streets of Naples! The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern, tasteful design added to the charm, and the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in with us at various points to make sure we were happy. We couldn’t have asked for more.
