"Quick checking in, settled in our room quickly. Very quiet, and in the morning a beautiful breakfast. The smoke alarm was doing that beep on the battery needs to be changed, when we first got into the room. Call down to the desk and battery was changed in less than 5 minutes. "

"The staff was outstanding. Kaylissa, Sabrina, and Vince were helpful, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for whatever need or question we had. We felt safe, as we were three ladies in a new city. Our room was clean with lots of hot water! The breakfast was great. We were in Waco for my son’s wedding and our stay at Best Western Plus was perfect. Close to the venue and the reception location. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!"
