This hotel is quiet, the staff is nice, and the hotel itself is located very close to local attractions like the Mammoth Site, Dr. Pepper museum, etc. Its closeness to a wide variety of restaurants as well as a Walmart and HEB was a bonus as well. My only complaint would be the AC unit in my room was old and pretty loud, but that’s a minor gripe, more than it was a major issue.

Jaime at the front desk was absolutely rude. I had stayed at a Hampton the night before in sulphur springs Texas and had the best service. Jaime seemed to hate his job and when I told him I had two pets, he didn’t make me fill out anything for a pet like he did the person prior and told me I had to pay a $75 non refundable deposit who is highway robbery and when I booked the hotel on Expedia the description never stated there was a $75 non refundable deposit needed. He swiped my card and charged without my approval and said if I didn’t pay it I wouldn’t be staying there. Will never stay here again! Fire Jaime!

It was very comfortable! Great size room! The bed was so comfortable! We had a wonderful breakfast it was included with our stay! Everyone was very nice! We are telling people its a great place very convenient to the highway and places to eat! We slept so well in our room it had a blackout curtain and we could adjust the room temperature to our comfort. We will definitely stay there again!!

Heat/air unit way too loud as was road noise. TV didn’t work well at all, too dark and could adjust screen to lighten. TV menu didn’t function desk clerk said all the TV’s were old and like this.

Room was missing some pictures on the wall, lamp shade broken and hanging, there were 2 built in nooks in room that were empty. Freezer leaked water on floor. We asked for a blanket and then brought a bed skirt, we went to ask for a blanket again and return bed skirt and we’re told they didn’t have any. We won’t stay here again.
