Stayed 1 night as part of my final stop on my switzerland trip. Arriving by train at 10.30am, my plan was to drop off my bags as checkin was only from 3pm. To my surprise, the Receptionist who was very helpful and friendly, managed to sort out a room and I was able to checkin there and then. Some parts of the Hotel could do...
