"I was terribly disappointed with Devlin Apartments. The first room we were shown had hair in the shower, in the plug and on the wall of the shower when we took this issue to the desk we were moved to another room that’s bathroom was also Unclean. There was used soap and body lotion in the shower and the Basin was dirty. There was mould all along the bottom of the shower. The manager offered to clean it and was unable to answer our questions as to whether the rooms surfaces were properly...

"Too noisy…too old..needs to be refurbished . Fridge noisy had turn it off at PowerPoint.No exhaust fan in bathroom,just open window with the fly screen torn and open. A very..very tired motel for the price . I could have got the same room for $260 at the Holiday Inn.Sat Night. Aberdeen $220 for a very below average room."

"Happy with our overnight stay. Staff assisted wife with her things when she arrived, carrying her gear in with 2 kids is a juggling act and the staff were very helpful. Room layout was good and had everything you need. I would like to see a snob on the door though as the little ones can open and unlock the door easy but apart from that very happy with the room. "

"This room was very neat, tidy, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & welcoming, easy access and facilities were great. Old tennis court area could do with some TLC as it's the first thing you see when you drive in. Otherwise, excellent and would stay here again. "
