"Well kept and equipped house with lovely garden for bbqs’s and relaxing in the evenings. Hosts Molly and Giovanni are very friendly and helpful. "

"Pictures do not show how beautiful the views of the lake from this apartment. Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. "We were welcomed by the very friendly landlords and shown around the house and the garden. The house is on the slope above San Siro. It was very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Our only regret was that we spoke so little Italian. Thank you!"

"The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. "My wife and I enjoyed a magnificent week enjoying the well manicured gardens, fabulous lake Como view, warm and inviting hosts Giovanni and Brunella and their tremendous Villa. We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. We enjoyed all the surrounding villages and restaurants and felt compelled to return to the villa just to relax and take in the views and sounds of birds and church bells. "We stayed a few days in Veracana in the Casa Lady which was our base during our canyoning trip and it was perfect. The house is located in a small village with a magnificent viewpoint, shops nearby and a great pizzeria with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Casa is large and well appointed, and it has a terrace where we were able to eat."

"Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. "The appartment was very clean and neat, located very close to the lake, main plaza, good restaurants and a ferry. Franco and his wife Giusy warmly welcomed us and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Colico is a lovely quiet town we would love to come back."

"Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."
