"Ive stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff are all very kind and speak English. The hotel is basically on the beach/marina. Very nice little town. The train station is 3 minute walk and the train to Rome is only 4 Euro. This little town has few tourist so its not very busy. It is about a 1/2 mile to the Sicilian American WWIi cemetary, very nice part of history. "

"Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, centre of town. The included breakfast was excellent. There was no kettle in the room to make tea and coffee nor an iron (although this seems to be the norm in Italy). The staff made me cups of tea at the bar when requested. There were no blackout curtains or blinds so the room was very light at night with spotlights from adjacent building and bright sun in the morning. "I was booked for 3 days, I left after 1. Nothing but problems at this hotel and my room had cockroaches, live and dead. Gross. They gave me a different room but I did not feel comfortable. They would not refund my money as I had prepaid for 3 days. It may have once been a nice place, sadly not anymore "
