"The test of any service provider js not "did everything go right," but how well they reponded when things went wrong. After a very long travel day, we (family of 5) arrived to learn the Best Western had overbooked and our 3 rooms had been given away. However, the manager had arranged a nearby 3 bedroom vacation rental, offered us a discount at dinner, free shuttle service throughout our stay, and complimentary breakfast in the morning.
