"We had a very enjoyable stay at Victor and Francoise’s lovely holiday home and they were very accommodating with the booking, arrival time and communication. The house is very well equipped, the heated pool is great and the location is private and peaceful. Location is excellent for Bordeaux, the airport & Arcachon. We hope to return in the future!"

"La maison est parfaite avec beaucoup d’espace extérieur (piscine, terrain de pétanque) et très fonctionnelle à l’intérieur. Très bien située près du port de la Teste, piste cyclable et station de train pour aller à Arcachon. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région! Un grand merci pour tous les conseils reçus ainsi que d’avoir renvoyé la peluche!"

"A spacious property for all the family with lots of outdoor eating space. The heated swimming pool was a hit with all the family. It was unseasonably warm so we could have done with some fans or air conditioning downstairs. The heat unfortunately meant many of our party suffered from mosquito bites. Didier was a great help and always available to provide support"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants et la maison s’y prête très bien avec chacun nos espaces. La piscine est très belle avec un bel extérieur ! Nous avons pu manger les différents repas exclusivement sur la terrasse couverte. Le seul bémol est la route très passante à côté et qui reste bruyante la nuit. Pour le reste nous recommandons !"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec des hôtes extrêmement gentils et bienveillants, et qui s'assurent que rien ne nous manque. La maison est grande, avec des équipements de qualité et beaucoup d'activités disponibles (terrain de pétanque, tennis de table, billard, babyfoot, sauna, jacuzzi, etc ...). "Modern spacious house, very comfortable, very well equipped including bikes. Located next to main cycle track, ideal for getting about the area. So much to do around the basin and Cap Ferrat only a 30 min drive away Was given short tour of the town by the owner upon arrival, lots of good local information. M Casenave went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay Had a great stay here, will come back again next year but for 2 weeks instead of 1. "

"This villa has so much going for it. We were a mixed family group of 8 Adults and 9 kids all ages. We had enormous fun here. Loads of space for cooking and entertaining. There is a pinball machine! The pool area is super with a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. The host is kind and good on comms. 10/10 "

"We were welcomed by Myriam & Jean-Christophe. Everything was explain to us despite the language barrier. The property is equipped to a high standard. As the owners live in the attached property the pool is cleaned every day, you don’t have to do anything regarding it at all. Myriam gave us lots of information regarding places to see, and recommend a local restaurant which was very good value we went twice. This is an exceptional property that I would highly recommend."

"This house in Bègles was perfect for our family reunion. The house was spacious and very well designed. The secluded garden with the pool was in much use when the sun came out. Renée and her brother JanJan were very helpful and accommodating hosts."

"La maison est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix, elle est parfaitement adaptée à l'accueil d'un grand groupe (nombreuses douches et nombreux wc, grandes tables, salon convivial, ...). La maison est par ailleurs très agréable à vivre. La gestionnaire est flexible, disponible et a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage et du centre ville. Le quartier est calme par ailleurs. Quelques points d'amélioration seraient toutefois...

"We had a fantastic stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, stylishly furnished, lovely and clean and with great space. The swimming pool is a really good size and a welcome relief from the heat. Eglantine was a fabulous friendly host and great in her communications as was Jerome who sent us loads of useful prior to departure. We will definitely be coming back but staying more than a week next time!"

"Property was exactly as stated on the website and was lovely and comfortable with good facilities while our host, Georges, was very helpful and if there was a slight breakdown in communication that was down to me. The pool is small but with a good depth and perfect temperature while the indoor facilities were good though with weather like we had most of your time is spent by the pool if you're not out and about. Biscarosse with its surfing beaches makes a good trip and so do the Dune du Pyla,...

"Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans ce lieu, parfait pr une famille avec enfants car le lieu dispose de plusieurs activités (table de ping pond, piscine, velo, toboggan, trampoline...) et est bien situé pour visiter la region, en voiture ou en vélo. Maison agréable quand nous sommes plusieurs familles. Accueil tres sympathique , je rceommande !!! merci"

"We had a great holiday in Biscarosse. The house was spacious and had everything we needed as a family with 3 teens. Anne & Daniel gave us a warm welcome. We used the bikes to cycle to the coast & lake, and had fun with the table tennis in the garage. The house is just walking distance from supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. Note there is an additional charge for bed linen/towels and a tourist tax. We would happily recommend this house, thank you 😊 "

"We'll positioned, well kitted out, little gem of a house. Sylvie was welcoming, helpful and available if needed. We'd definitely use again. Even though on quite a busy road ( at certain times) this is far outweighed by its locality and facilities"
