"The place looked nice. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Took personal care of their guest and even had suggestions. Gave us a little gift at our checkout. Breakfast was good however for lunch and dinner you need to go into town. It was heavily windy and raining during our stay so phone signal and internet was weak but they had a pool table, games and books to keep us entertained. "We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. "

"Vi tilbrakte to dager på dette herlige stedet. Nydelig utsikt, god atmosfære, vennlig og hjelpsomme ansatte, god mat. Om morgenen våknet vi ført til bønnerop fra et buddhistisk tempel (magisk stemning), deretter en minaret og så til sang fra skolen- det var bare en av mange ting vi likte med dette herlige stedet. "The opportunity to stay in a villa surrounded by tea fields was too hard to miss out on. We arrived from Badula on the train and were welcomed by the staff at the house.
